1:Amazon or web purchased products, product breakage

Web order:Please tell me your order number, name, email, whichever of the above information will find your order. Please send me a photo of the breakage or the missing quantity and I will arrange for a replacement.

3:Which country are the goods from?

All products are made in China.

4:I bought the wrong item, what should I do?

Please send us an email. If the product has not been shipped, we can change the product and make up the difference in price. If the product has been shipped, we will intercept the item (not always successful) and also require the customer to reject the item.

5:I want to see the item before I buy it.

We post all of our items in YouTube videos. If we don't have an item you want to buy, send us a message and we'll upload the item.

6:No one replied to the message I sent.
